My cousin Matthew will marry the lovely Miss Melissa this August. A few weeks ago, the groom's sister and I hosted an afternoon bridal shower for Miss Melissa at our house. Her wedding color is purple so we infused a few purple accents into the decor with freshly cut lilacs, purple damask napkins and purple iced cupcakes.
We were delighted that it turned
out to be a lovely day for the bride to be and all of the guests. My cousin Lisa, (The groom's sister) made the beautiful edible fruit arrangements
herself! That kind of patience does not run in the family!
