Kensington Palace Grounds

Five years ago exactly, on Friday, April 29th, 2011, we woke up to my alarm set for 3:00AM to watch the wedding of William and Catherine 'live' with tea and scones in hand (naturally).

Their London home, Kensington Palace, is always one of my favorite places to visit. I never tire of the beautifully kept grounds, architecture and activities taking place around the palace. So, in hopes of bringing out your inner anglophile, I leave you with some lovely images of Kensington Palace.

~Enjoy this gorgeous spring day!~

London Affair

We arrived back home from London late Saturday and I'm already missing it. I'm already bored. Yes, already. The strong heartbeat of a vibrant pulsating city, with its captivating alcoves and interludes; I miss you. Until we meet again...

Live Like Royalty in London

The Royal Park Hotel
By now we have realized that it was definitely not the right decision to forgo our annual Spring trip to London this year. We decided to focus on other destinations but it seems London is where we enjoy Springtime the most. We have learned our lesson! Currently, our Calgary Spring is looking like this:

With all the buzz about the upcoming royal wedding, I can't help but have London (and daffodils!) on the brain. Some images to conjure up the luxe side of London.....
